The questions, whose difficulty and dimensions are determined separately, are applied randomly so that each candidate meets different sets of questions.
During the test, up to 100 photos and videos can be taken at certain intervals to ensure safety control. If there is more than one person on the camera, the system marks the test as a suspect.

All test results and candidates' answers are instantly reflected in the system. Candidates can be viewed comparatively, sorted and their results can be exported to Excel.
General and company distributions of the results of gamification can be viewed instantly.
The HR Professional decides which Situational Judgment exercise to use for the position and creates an assessment set. After the first step, candidates' name-surname, e-mail, and/or phone information are entered into the system. Candidate entries can be quickly uploaded to the system with an Excel file in bulk.
The candidate is connected to the system with a special link and code. After the camera check, the candidate starts the test. If there is a problem during the test, the candidate will contact the HRPeak live support team.
When the candidate completes the test, the results are generated and can be viewed by the company from the admin panel. Candidates cannot access their results.
