How to Use Technical Tests?
Invite candidates
The candidate's information to be evaluated is entered into the system as first name, last name, phone number, and/or email address. At this stage, a position can be defined in the system or one of the previously defined positions can be selected. Candidate information can be uploaded in bulk using Excel if desired.Candidates complete the assessment
Candidates log into the system by clicking on the link provided with their unique code. Upon logging in, they agree to the institution's personal data agreements. They can access 24/7 live support during the process and are not affected by technical issues such as connection drops or page crashes.View reports
Reports are generated instantly in the system. The following actions can be performed in the admin panel: Redirecting external users, adding comments about candidates, advancing the process, adding tags to candidates, assigning interviews, and adding interview results*.
