Candidate perspective
HRPeak exams are prepared by academics and educators who are experts in their field. Before the questions are presented to you, the candidates, they are solved and tested by a norm group and graded.
The questions are generally designed to measure candidates' levels of table and graph reading, verbal, numerical, and abstract comprehension. You may also encounter applications such as code-writing-based software exams, attention tests, and keyboard tests.
If you are taking an HRPeak exam, you are likely an employee of an organization or a job applicant. You can join the process by clicking on the link in the SMS and/or email you received. Organizations may make minor changes, but the process is generally quite simple:

What Should You Pay Attention To?
Don’t Forget to See Yourself on Camera
Even if the camera is allowed, candidates sometimes forget about a physical barrier in front of the camera or an external blocking/filtering application. If you are using your camera with Snap Camera, Open Camera, or another program, close these programs and make sure you can see your image on the screen during the exam along with the test screen. Otherwise, your exam may be invalidated.
Don’t Join Exams at the Last Minute
Candidates often join the process at the very end of the time allotted to them. In such cases, if they cannot resolve a potential technical issue, they are excluded from the process. Therefore, please join HRPeak no later than the middle of the time allotted to you.
Pre-Check Important
If your evaluation is going to take a few days, log into the system when you are first assigned and take a look around. Is everything normal?
Do not use ad blockers
We promise there are no advertisements in our visual questions. There are only innocent table graphics and shapes. If your ad blocker is active, be sure to turn it off before the exam, otherwise you will not be able to see the questions containing images. Even the “start exam” button may not work.
Be Careful with VPNs
VPN technology, which is generally used to access websites that cannot be accessed from computers in Turkey, is prohibited on HRPeak. The system’s features may not work properly, or you may not be able to log in to your exam.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What should I do to prepare for the General Aptitude Test in advance?
General Aptitude tests do not measure knowledge. Therefore, practicing will be more beneficial than systematic study.
- What happens if my connection drops during the exam?
Don't worry, when you return, your exam and time will continue from where you left off, but because you left the screen, this situation will be recorded and reported to the exam organization.
- Why can't I mark the questions?
Check your ad blocker or camera permissions.
- It's taking me a while to move on to the next question. What should I do?
HRPeak systems are designed for maximum candidate numbers. The possibility of server-related timeouts is very low. Necessary measures are taken in the background without your involvement in the process. However, whether due to your connection or not, the first solution in case of a slowdown is to refresh the page. The second is to ensure that no programs on your computer are downloading anything.
- Is a photo required for the exam?
The institution that includes you in the evaluation process determines this. After the process is complete, your registered photos are usually deleted.
- Should we take photos or videos during exams?
Depending on the preference of the testing organization, video recording with audio and photography are performed. The image is checked by artificial intelligence to see if it contains any cheating, and if a clear image cannot be obtained, it is marked as a suspicious exam.
- Is my voice recorded while images are being captured during exams?
If the institution has opted for video security, audio is also recorded.
- My camera is giving a "NotReadableError" error. What should I do?
Users often open the camera in another app to test it before the exam and then enter the exam that way. In this case, you must close the other app that is using your camera.
- Everything looks normal, but my camera still isn't working. Why could that be?
There may be an undetermined problem with your device. We recommend that you access an Android device or computer as soon as possible.
- My camera turned off during the exam. Will my exam still be valid?
Due to certain browser settings or add-ons, candidates may be asked to grant camera permission again during the exam. If the candidate cancels the permission at this point, the camera connection is lost during the exam. If you are able to continue the exam, the institution will decide on the validity of your result.
- Can you see it if I switch screens or tabs?
This is being recorded and may result in your exam being invalidated.
- Is there a camera recording in the personality inventory?
No, there isn't.
- Will there be someone in front of me during the video interview?
You answer the questions directed at you in the video interview and record them. There is no one in front of you.
- How many times can I answer the same question in a video interview?
You have the right to answer the questions only once. You also do not have the opportunity to retake the recording.
- When will the results be announced?
HRPeak is responsible for the technological completion of your assessment tools. The date of disclosure of the results depends on your organization, and HRPeak is not involved in the processes related to the assessments of organizations.
- I have previously taken the HRPeak exams at another institution. Can the institution I am now applying to see my previous results?
The information and results are specific to the institution. No institution can see the results of another institution's assessment.
- Who is my information shared with?
HRPeak stores your information within the domain of the institution you applied to. It does not share it with third parties or individuals.
- Can I get my test or personality inventory results?
Your results are being evaluated by the relevant institution you applied to. HRPeak cannot share these results with you.Additionally, the time spent on the server is added to your next question.
- Will I need an external program for Virtual Assessment Center applications (Role Play, Case Study, Presentation, Project)?
In the Case Study, Presentation, and Project applications, you are expected to prepare certain work (in file types such as pdf, xlsx, ppt, zip, docx) and upload them to the system. Before starting the process, you must ensure that the necessary programs are installed and working on your computer, based on the information provided.
- Role Play – Will there be someone in front of me during the case study evaluations?
Role Play – In Case Study evaluations, you play your assigned role in the scenario by recording it through the system. There is no one in front of you.
- Role Play – After completing the preparation phase in the Case Study applications, can I view the scenario again?
The preparation phase is for you to read the entire script, take all your notes, and do your work. Once you have passed this phase, you will not be able to see the details of the script again.
- How many times can I record a video in the Virtual Assessment Center applications? What is your policy?
The video recording right at each stage is one-time only; you do not have the opportunity to re-record. In such a case, you can start your speech from the beginning by stating that you wish to restart while the video recording is in progress.
