The Happy Place to Work® Türkiye CHRO 100 Awards Gala, which brought together the most accomplished human resources leaders in Türkiye, was held on 11 February 2026 at Sabancı University Performing Arts Center with a strong turnout.
As the main sponsor of this special evening, HRPeak helped bring the most accomplished CHROs in Türkiye together on the same stage. With close to 900 distinguished attendees, the event was not only an awards ceremony but also a powerful gathering where the present and future of the HR world were discussed.
Every leader who took the stage represented the impact of transformation, trust and sustainable performance on organizations. While Türkiye’s 100 most accomplished CHROs, selected by a jury of HR professionals, received their awards, the hall applauded not just success but also vision, leadership and the value of building culture.
Built on a transparent and concrete methodology, the CHRO100 list defines leadership not merely through data, but through approaches that touch people, build trust and create long-term value.
Hosted by the acclaimed actress Wilma Elles and Dr. Kerem Dündar, the evening — completed with award presentations, stage performances and powerful networking moments — took its place in our memories as an inspiring gathering on the present and future of the HR world.
