First Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
HRPeak developed its first independent applicant tracking system that can be used on position and project basis. The first version of the ATS worked on-premise servers of organizations.

HRPeak Online Assessment Center tools were released to the market as a result of a two-year R&D process and validity studies covering 3200 candidates.

Having reached 22 countries, HRPeak started to offer recruitment /promotion/turnover analyzes of organizations along with candidate/employee trends.
