Preparation Stage
There is an average of 1 hour preparation time for you to read the scenario, make your analysis, and prepare your presentation. Preparation time may vary depending on the case study exercise assigned to you. You can follow the remaining time from the counter on the top right of the screen. Before the counter is zeroized, you need to make your analysis, prepare your presentation, and add them to the fields under the title of studies at the bottom of the scenario. If you do not add any documents to the system when your time is up, the system will end the case study exercise without the relevant document. For this reason, you must add all the documents requested from you to the system before the counter is zeroized.
If you do not want to use the entire time given to you, you can continue with the presentation stage by clicking the “Finish and Start Presentation” button after adding all your studies.
Presentation Stage
Video recording will begin as soon as you are directed to the screen. You can start to make your presentation when you feel ready. You will only have one right to speak. If you want to start the presentation again, you should not stop the recording. You can continue by pausing your presentation or stating that you want to start over. When you click the “Stop and Upload Video” button, the presentation you have made so far will be recorded and you will not have the chance to start the same recording again.
Watch the recording time!
You have to make your presentation that will not exceed 15 minutes on average. It may differ depending on the case study exercise assigned to you. In the recording screen, a counter will count down in seconds, when your time is up, the recording will stop and you will be automatically directed to the next screen. If you complete your presentation before your time is up and want to continue with the exercise, you can click the “Stop and Upload Video” button.
Do not turn off the screen before your presentation loads!
It may take some time to load your presentation to the system, please wait for the loading. When your presentation is uploaded to the system, you will be directed to the assessment list screen. Do not close the browser without being directed to this screen.
After all these steps, you will have completed your Case Study exercise successfully.
