Candidates' personal information is stored in the system in accordance with GDPR / KVKK. The legal and technological requirements are taken into consideration.
Personality Item Test - PiT can be safely solved in English, Turkish and Russian.
Candidate data are entered into the system with name-surname, telephone and/or e-mail. At this stage, a position can be defined in the system or one of the previously defined positions can be selected. If desired, candidate information can be uploaded in bulk via Excel.
Candidates enter the system by clicking the link and the code sent to them. They approve the company's agreements about the protection of personal data upon entry into the system. Candidates answer 80 questions and 2 forms in 20 minutes. During the process, they can apply for 24/7 live support; technical issues such as disconnection or page closure do not affect the results.
After the candidate completes the personality inventory, the final report is instantly generated in the admin panel. The institution may then perform activities such as adding interview evaluation notes, redirecting external users, advancing process, and tagging.
